Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift
About The Position
This full-time position on 2nd shift requires nights and weekend work. Candidate will be responsible for the direct supervision and activities of the maintenance team as well as the general maintenance of the facility associated with the equipment. Requirements
- Candidate must have 3 years minimum of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with proven management and technical skills.
- Must also be a team player
- Possess electrical, hydraulic, troubleshooting and conveyor systems experience
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to operate computer systems at a high level of skill to produce reports, graphics, drawings, and spreadsheets and manipulate databases
Responsibilities
- Direct supervision and activities of the maintenance team
- General maintenance of the facility associated with the equipment
- Ensure all Maintenance staff has proper health & safety equipment and training
- Participate in and promote the Health and Safety program
