This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, ground, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. Unit Count: 298 Property Type: Stabilized, Garden style Position offers 40% Housing Discount. Bonus Greystar Monthly Incentive and Quarterly Bonus are approved for this position. Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On call is required. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of related experience, experience managing maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors. A strong background in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair. Skilled in unit turns, preventive maintenance, and capital projects. Familiar with safety, OSHA, and local building code compliance. Proficient with work order and property management systems (Yardi, HappyCo, OPS). Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities. Effective communication with residents, vendors, and team members.
