About The Position

Envolve Community Management company owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. Currently, they are searching for a Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for delegating assignments to assure all work orders are completed in a timely manner, reviewing and ordering parts or scheduling services needed to complete resident work order repairs. Duties include wall repairs, A/C and Heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets, and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Maintenance Experience with 3 years in a supervisory capacity
• HVAC / EPA licensed
• Available to work overtime upon occasion
• Own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical
• Able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment
• Able to accommodate emergency on-call schedule when requested
• Reliable Transportation
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required

Responsibilities
