About The Position

Diamond Vogel is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support maintenance operations at our aerosol paint manufacturing facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. This full-time, hands-on role is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment and facility systems while reducing unplanned downtime and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The Maintenance Supervisor works closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to troubleshoot equipment issues, prevent repeat failures, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical/Electrical Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience; prior supervisory experience preferred
Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
Experience with automated manufacturing or packaging equipment
Strong safety mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with aerosol or hazardous environments preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and perform maintenance on aerosol filling lines, mixers, conveyors, packaging equipment, utilities, and facility systems
Serve as the first point of escalation for unplanned downtime and lead hands-on troubleshooting
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout and hazardous material handling
Plan, assign, and verify preventive maintenance work using the CMMS
Reduce repeat equipment failures through root cause analysis and corrective actions
Document downtime, maintenance work, and corrective actions accurately
Coordinate contractors, emergency repairs, and planned downtime
Coach and support maintenance technicians and support team development
Perform other duties as assigned
