About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd Shift is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of plant equipment and systems. This role involves leading, coaching, and developing a team of maintenance technicians, managing their performance, and providing daily direction. Key aspects include supporting preventative maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime, ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations, LOTO procedures, and food safety standards. The supervisor will also conduct daily team meetings, identify and implement process improvements, assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and training, and collaborate with operations and other departments to align maintenance efforts with production goals.
