Maintenance Supervisor

Our senior living community spans 33 beautiful acres and includes independent living homes, assisted living, and skilled nursing—and we’re looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to keep it all running safely, smoothly, and beautifully. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, leading a team, and managing a diverse campus with buildings, grounds, and systems that truly matter.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance, facilities, or campus operations
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems and general repairs
- Leadership skills with the ability to plan, organize, and communicate effectively
- Dependability, professionalism, and pride in your work
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma preferred (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all maintenance operations across our 33-acre campus
- Perform and oversee preventative maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and grounds)
- Develop maintenance schedules, checklists, and logs
- Identify safety hazards and take corrective action
- Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and infection control standards
- Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance staff
- Coordinate with leadership and other departments daily
- Assist with inspections, fire drills, and emergency preparedness
- Be available for emergency response, including weather-related events
