About The Position

Operating in 40 countries and building a new facility will power growth across North America in energy, infrastructure, biodegradable products, water, and food. We’re hiring Temporary Maintenance Supervisors to lead start-up and commissioning efforts. This is your chance to shape a brand-new operation, build high-performing teams, and drive safety, compliance, and efficiency from day one. Although this is a “temporary” role, we look forward to keeping our top performers. Retention Bonuses $200 every 2 months $1,000 after 1 year $1,500 at plant commissioning Compensation & Benefits $40-45/hr Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, and 7 paid holidays.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (required)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Solid grasp of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Flexibility with work schedules

Nice To Haves

• mechanical craft training (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a temporary maintenance crew during plant start-up
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence
• Collaborate with contractors and technical staff to boost efficiency
• Document daily activities and troubleshoot issues
• Identify and implement process improvements
