Maintenance Supervisor
About The Position
What You Will Do: Assist with managing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment Help plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules Conduct room and equipment inspections and identify repair needs Ensure team members have needed tools and supplies through approved platforms Coach and support maintenance associates in alignment with Atrium’s Core Values Assist with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repair work What We Are Looking For: 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed Why Atrium? Requirements
- 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
