Provides help and support to the Maintenance Management Dept. Serves as the main point of contact for maintenance staff. Advocates good will for the City of Virginia Beach by providing excellent customer service to City of Virginia Beach residents and guests. Shows a commitment to quality service by using knowledge of maintenance ordinances, maintenance procedures, and policies. Creates a positive image of the City of Virginia Beach by maintaining a professional, empathetic, and composed demeanor when interacting with guests and residents.
