The Maintenance, Reverse Osmosis, and Operations Manager is tasked with leading and optimizing maintenance activities, managing reverse osmosis systems, and overseeing comprehensive plant operations. This role requires strategic planning, effective problem-solving, and collaboration with engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency. The manager will ensure robust inventory management, employee training, and adherence to safety and compliance standards, while fostering communication across departments and with key stakeholders. Key Characteristics ● Direct daily maintenance activities, including work orders and preventive maintenance schedules. ● Supervise plant and field repairs, focusing on skid and equipment maintenance. ● Oversee fleet maintenance and coordinate with contractors for plant requirements. ● Outgoing and assertive individual that drives cultural change that possesses a track record of accomplishment in leading roles by driving accountability ● Focused and self-motivated ● Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders on time sensitive project ● Safety role model ● Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written ● A thorough understanding of the maintenance work processes and its interactions with operations ● Strong mechanical aptitude
