About The Position

HILLS Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor at our luxury apartment community, Rialto Hurstbourne, in Louisville, Kentucky! As a Maintenance Supervisor, you play a key role as team leader and team member; leading by example, developing associates and managing the needs of the asset and residents, all while upholding our reputation and high standards of customer service. Requirements

HVAC certified
Have a minimum of 2 years residential property management maintenance supervisory experience.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
A keen eye for attention to detail for entire community.
First- hand knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and small appliance repair required.
Must have superior communication & customer service skills.
On call hours required.
