About The Position

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for safety, quality, and efficiency? Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor and play a critical role in keeping our foam dinnerware production running smoothly! In this role, you’ll spend 75% of your time on the floor , leading a team dedicated to maintaining and improving production equipment performance. Shift: Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Overview: Dart makes everyday products that give people the freedom to enjoy the food & drinks they love, wherever they are. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3 years of maintenance and reliability experience .
  • At least 2 years of lead or supervisory experience .
  • Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills (automation, robotics, controls).
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with plant production software (SAP preferred).
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise maintenance operations to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service.
  • Lead by example to promote a strong commitment to Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) .
  • Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
  • Coordinate with planners and production teams to schedule proactive maintenance and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Analyze production schedules and prioritize repairs, maintenance, and installations.
  • Track KPIs, audit processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in root-cause analysis and implement solutions for recurring equipment issues.
