About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations across Osage Health Systems clinic facilities. This position provides direct supervision of the maintenance crew while also performing hands-on maintenance tasks as needed. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, compliant, and well-maintained to support patient care and staff operations. This role requires a high level of motivation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example in a healthcare environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5 or more years of maintenance experience in commercial, institutional, or healthcare facilities
  • 3 or more years of supervisory experience
  • Advanced knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
  • Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting work orders, manuals, and basic technical documents
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willing and able to lift, climb, and perform physical tasks associated with maintenance work
  • Willing and able to work after-hours, early morning, or weekends based on operational needs and be on call as needed
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol test
  • Must have a clean driving record – may be required to drive a GSA or tribal vehicle to training seminars or meetings
