About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and facility maintenance at Fenway Park and MGM while aligning operations with client and company objectives. This role demands leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on maintaining efficient, cost-effective services. The Maintenance Supervisor will supervise facility employees, implement best practices in quality assurance, and consistently improve maintenance methods to exceed expectations. The Supervisor reports to the Facilities, General Manager and is responsible for the following:

Requirements

  • Three to five years of custodial experience, and up-to-date knowledge of cleaning practices/procedures.
  • Previous Maintenance Supervisor experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of floor care, cleaning techniques, and equipment.
  • Ability to use work order and project management computer systems.
  • This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require usage of Protective Equipment (PPE).

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish bilingual proficiency (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Provides supervision, training, and work direction for custodial staff throughout Fenway Park and MGM.
  • Orders custodial supplies and manages inventory to ensure adequate supplies are available for efficient maintenance operations.
  • Develop and enforce quality assurance processes to maintain high service standards
  • Conduct routine inspections and assessments to ensure facility cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Participate in on-going management/technical skills development programs.
  • Conduct orientation and safety training for all Facility employees, to develop employees’ skills/abilities and professional development.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to sustain operational efficiency.
  • Uphold the highest safety, quality and client service standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
