Requirements

Fundamental expertise in mechanical, electro-mechanical, instrumentation, and automation systems, or other related technical skills and abilities.
Experience with maintenance management systems (work orders, preventative maintenance, scheduling).
Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.

This position requires standing, walking, climbing, twisting, reaching, bending, and lifting.
3+ years of experience in industrial plant maintenance.
Strong background in mechanical repairs.
Proven supervisory or team leadership experience required.
Associate degree in industrial maintenance, electro-mechanical technology, mechanical engineering, or related technical field preferred.
Relevant military technical training welcomed.
Equivalent practical experience may substitute for formal education.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of millwright, machinist, or engineering principles is a plus.
Electrical systems, and automation experience highly desirable.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial networks and automated systems a plus.

Ensure your team has the right tools, resources, and support to succeed.
Implement efficient work procedures and best practices.
Strategic Impact Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback from frontline support teams.
Research and recommend new technologies, processes, and equipment to keep us competitive.
Partner with plant management on reliability, safety, and operational excellence.
Champion Research & Development activities and innovation projects.
Lead change management efforts with confidence and clarity.
