Requirements

• 2+ years in the apartment industry
• 3+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Monday–Friday availability + on‑call rotations

Nice To Haves

• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate your maintenance team
• Complete service requests and apartment turns
• Perform general plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repairs
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal
• Support preventive maintenance programs
• Uphold Fair Housing Guidelines
