Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift JLL | Location JLL is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Facility Management Program by providing direct supervision of operational support personnel and managing assigned project work. This is a 2nd shift opportunity reporting to the Facilities Manager/Sr. Facilities Manager.

  • Supervise JLL Maintenance Technicians, Mobile Equipment Technicians, Housekeeping Personnel, Industrial Cleaning & Water Blasting Personnel, and manage vendor contracts.
  • Provide weekend coverage, communicate project status with building occupants, ensure work completion quality and timeliness, and conduct regular safety tours.
  • Oversee HVAC/R systems, electrical substations, emergency power systems, building automation systems, life safety systems, and environmental compliance.
  • Investigate, plan, manage and implement facility projects; assist with housekeeping inspections and industrial cleaning operations.
  • Perform mobile equipment maintenance, manage spare parts inventory, ensure equipment uptime, and maintain documentation.
  • Ensure OSHA, state and local regulatory compliance, manage HAZMAT protocols, and support environmental initiatives.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of facilities/maintenance industry experience.
  • Strong organizational and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and building automation software.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
  • Understanding of OSHA and environmental compliance requirements.
  • Experience with building automation systems and predictive maintenance.
  • Industrial cleaning and water blasting experience.
  • Fleet/mobile equipment maintenance background.
  • Project management experience.
  • Vendor management and contract oversight experience.
  • ISO compliance knowledge.
