About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor at Louis Vuitton U.S. Manufacturing plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of machinery and facilities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves leading a team of maintenance mechanics, developing maintenance strategies, and overseeing the maintenance of a large facility to support innovation and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, focusing on maintenance, process, and production.
• Proficiency in managing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and empower teams.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and a strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CMMS software.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with safety and operational goals.
• Lead a team of maintenance mechanics with coaching, training, and performance management.
• Oversee the maintenance of a 130,000 sq. ft. facility, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and housekeeping.
• Ensure equipment reliability through Preventative Maintenance Programs and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Collaborate with plant management to strategize investments for production and innovation needs.
• Manage databases for vendors, supplies, and inventory, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare maintenance reports and elaborate strategies to reduce expenses.
