About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor position is a supervisory leadership role supported by on-the-job training, development, and opportunity for career progression. Maintenance Supervisors are resilient, detail oriented, ambitious, and demonstrate high integrity. The role involves being a Maintenance Process Coach for Body Cobra, working with Maintenance and Production to keep the equipment running, and understanding the UAW contract. Candidates should also have knowledge to work with robots and PLCs.
