About The Position

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Holistic Industries, you will lead facility maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for upholding maintenance schedules, managing the maintenance budget, and planning for equipment, building, and staffing needs. Your role will also involve ensuring that cleanliness standards for buildings and equipment are met and maintained, overseeing the custodial team, and managing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems. Additionally, you will assist the maintenance and facility management team in collaborating with contractors and vendors, addressing maintenance and emergency situations promptly.
