About The Position
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our Isles of Gateway community. This community has 212 units and is located in St. Petersburg, FL. As the Maintenance Supervisor you are responsible for all general maintenance of the apartment community. This includes routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and other duties to maintain the property.
