The Maintenance Supervisor role oversees all maintenance aspects of one of our apartment communities, specifically at Ramblewood Apartments, a 112 unit family property in Clarksville, TN. This position is a working supervisor role, responsible for overall curb appeal, unit turns, work orders, and other projects/assignments as needed. The Maintenance Supervisor will also participate in a shared on-call rotation, with the amount of time on-call depending on property location. Maintenance tasks include cleaning, painting, drywall, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, etc.

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to train, coach, and guide other maintenance personnel.

Nice To Haves

• EPA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance aspects of the apartment community.
• Ensure overall curb appeal of the property.
• Manage unit turns and work orders.
• Supervise various Tech and/or Custodial roles as needed.
• Participate in shared on-call rotation for maintenance issues.
• Perform maintenance tasks including cleaning, painting, drywall, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, and HVAC.
