About The Position

The individual in this role will be responsible for managing capital projects, overseeing facility maintenance, and providing engineering and operational support for the Duluth Plant. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the plant's infrastructure and systems operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Structural Engineering or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 2 years' project management, supervisory, or related experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate repairs and manage the maintenance department.
• Oversee the maintenance and supply support with operational personnel management.
• Manage capital projects; from justification through installation.
• Support operations; with mix of Process, Project, Industrial, Structural, and Plant engineering.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement regarding operational costs.
• Purchasing of MRO supplies and developing department budgets.
• Assure EH&S compliance, with emphasis on OSHA regulations.
• Provide operational, engineering and management support for the Duluth operations.
• Perform other related duties as required.
