About The Position
This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, ground, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. This position will be part of a multi-site development and requires job duties to be performed at all phases: NOVI Rise, NOVI Lofts and NOVI Flats. Property Type: Mid-Rise. Stage: Lease Up. Unit Count: 167 (Rise), 89 (Lofts) + 48 (Flats). Schedule: Monday-Friday + rotating on-call schedule.
