About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor at Gateway Arvada Ridge Apartments is responsible for providing maintenance support and ensuring resident satisfaction through quality service. This role involves preparing market-ready apartments, responding to service requests, and maintaining the property’s grounds and facilities. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in delivering superior customer service and ensuring compliance with safety and housing regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of related experience in maintenance.
• EPA 608 - Minimum Type II certification or CPO certification as required by local regulations.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in carpentry and construction painting.
• Ability to compute rates, ratios, and prepare bar graphs.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, and general repairs.
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains knowledge of various maintenance functions including plumbing, pool maintenance, air conditioning, heating, and general carpentry skills.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks to keep them clean and safe.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Reports maintenance issues affecting the budget to the manager.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and records activities.
• Attends and participates in required training programs.
• Provides superior customer service and represents the company professionally.
