About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor for Model Y at Tesla is responsible for managing a team of Equipment Maintenance Technicians to ensure the availability and performance of manufacturing equipment. This role involves performing preventative maintenance and repairs on various electro-mechanical, robotic, and pneumatic equipment, as well as developing and maintaining maintenance schedules. The supervisor will also engage in cross-functional activities with Engineering and Production, manage workload, and oversee documentation and inventory management.
