About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performing general and higher-level maintenance services, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC. The role requires timely responses to resident service requests and availability for on-call duties, including weekends and nights, with an on-call bonus. The supervisor will also participate in preventative maintenance tasks such as pool upkeep, exterior lighting maintenance, filter changes, and apartment inspections. Additionally, the supervisor is expected to maintain a clean work area, care for tools and equipment, and manage inventory of supplies owned by the property or management company.
