About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor for Sutton Real Estate Company is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of a medical office building. Responsibilities

• Respond to tenants' maintenance requests in a timely and effective manner.
• Communicate maintenance repairs and status directly with tenants and building administrative staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify deficiencies.
• Perform routine building maintenance in a safe and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with building services and outside contractors to maintain building standards.
• Troubleshoot building/unit malfunctions and failures and make necessary repairs.
• Provide oversight to cleaning and on-site building security staff.
• Oversee contracted snow removal process and provide support when necessary.
• Participate in snow removal and salting of properties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
