Quinnipiac University is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor – Mechanical Services to help lead the operation and upkeep of our Mount Carmel campus and ancillary properties, encompassing approximately 1.4 million square feet. In this vital role, you’ll assist in managing and maintaining the university’s mechanical and electrical systems—including HVAC, heating, ventilation, chilled and domestic water, life safety, and building management systems. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our facilities are safe, efficient, and operating at the highest standards. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day work of licensed electricians, HVAC technicians, and other team members, as well as coordinating with external contractors. You’ll work closely with the Senior Superintendent of Mechanical Services and step into a leadership role in their absence—planning, leading, and directing operations to maintain service continuity and excellence.
