About The Position
The Arkema site in Birdsboro, PA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. This role is responsible for the oversight of all maintenance shift operations and employees and to plan, schedule, and communicate the activities of the maintenance department, encompassing planned and unplanned work, capital projects, and preventative maintenance, among related activities. The Maintenance Supervisor communicates directly with Maintenance Manager and Plant Manager as needed regarding issues with people, schedule, and possible solutions to demand.
