About The Position
This position is for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor II to work at Primero Grove, a 181-unit affordable student housing community in Davis, CA. The Maintenance Supervisor II oversees the property's physical operations, including maintenance, supervisory, and administrative tasks related to the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of buildings, grounds, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, security, and electrical systems. Responsibilities include organizing staff's workloads for timely routine and preventative maintenance, maintaining and updating files and documents, coordinating with vendors, and supervising maintenance staff on routine, safety, and emergency procedures. The role requires understanding and supporting EAH's mission and core values.
