About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor at Keystone Falls Apartment Homes is responsible for maintaining the integrity and structure of the property while providing exceptional customer service to residents. This full-time position requires a proven leader who can motivate a team and ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The role involves overseeing various maintenance functions, preparing market-ready apartments, and managing the maintenance budget in coordination with the Property Manager.
