As a Maintenance Supervisor, your goal will be to energetically and professionally manage our multi-family community's maintenance department. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
  • EPA I and EPA II are required. CPO certification is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs., and occasionally lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
  • Ability to push and pull appliance dolly up to 200 lbs., move objects from one floor to another.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and be courteous & helpful to residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Community and Regional Manager on property maintenance plans and initiatives.
  • Provide strong leadership, direction, and training while you empower the service team to perform at the highest level.
  • Prioritize work orders and delegate assignments to assure all service orders requests are successfully completed and completed in a timely manner.
  • Lead by example and troubleshoot/complete service requests as needed.
  • Ensure the service team adheres to budgets, provides the highest level of service, and maintains high resident relations and customer service.
