Join our team in 'Doing the Most Good' as a Maintenance Supervisor at our Adult Rehabilitation Center. We're seeking an experienced and skilled supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our maintenance department. This role is crucial in evaluating systems, determining maintenance needs, and planning work assignments to ensure our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Facilitate or perform maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting systems
  • Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs
  • Initiate and manage work order system to track completion and quality
  • Estimate labor, materials, and costs for all work orders
  • Keep necessary records including maintenance log, mileage log, and OSHA log
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and compliance requirements
  • Supervise and train maintenance workers
  • Provide training and mentoring to promote success
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Ensure proper use of PPE including gloves, masks, and back guards
  • Assess building systems to plan work assignments
  • Create and manage project schedules
  • Determine maintenance and repair priorities
  • Coordinate with other departments for minimal disruption
  • Available for flexible schedule including early/late shifts and some weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Three years of maintenance experience
  • Extensive knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong management and supervisory capabilities
  • Ability to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
  • Proficient in planning maintenance schedules
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Excellent manual dexterity
  • Basic math skills
  • Must maintain valid driver's license
  • Must qualify to drive TSA vehicles
