About The Position
We are seeking a people-focused Maintenance Supervisor for our 55 and older, active adult community - Affinity at Wells Branch located in Austin, TX. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the community is in good working condition and meets company standards. This person will be responsible for ensuring the on-site maintenance team meets community-specific maintenance goals.
