About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor supervises assigned employees with the assistance of Lead Mechanics in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe work environment, managing costs and delivering a quality aircraft/product on time. The role involves supervising and directing activities of all personnel assigned, ensuring compliance with established company policies, procedures, and applicable FAA regulations. The supervisor promotes a culture of safety, prioritizes work, and coordinates with project managers and support groups to ensure timely delivery of aircraft maintenance services.
