About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor at Tyson Foods is responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant maintenance coordination, leading and directing a team of maintenance technicians. This role focuses on fostering a well-trained and motivated staff, managing preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality management policies. The supervisor will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to implement maintenance policies and procedures, aiming to minimize production downtime and maintain a safe working environment.
