About The Position
Richelieu Foods, Inc., a Freiberger Group Company, is a leading supplier of high-quality food products to the private label and food service industries. The company has two manufacturing centers that produce frozen & deli pizza, and pizza crusts. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead our Beaver Dam, WI plant’s 2nd shift maintenance team in implementing Richelieu Foods maintenance and reliability strategy aimed at reducing downtime and extending manufacturing equipment’s life while maximizing labor and cost efficiency. This position will be responsible for setting work priorities for technicians on 2nd shift. Supervisor will be a Hands-On working Supervisor with their own hand tools. Candidate will ensure full utilization of all maintenance information systems (CMMS) and will be responsible for the accuracy, management and direction in controlling parts inventory storerooms. This position reports to the Plant Maintenance Manager. The hours of this position are 5:00 pm to 3:00 am.
