We have positions available for 2nd and 3rd shift. This position is located in our Delphi, Indiana plant. The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the preventative and corrective maintenance process, operating procedures, and supporting the production operation at Indiana Packers Corporation. This position is responsible for supervising maintenance team members in a processing environment and ensuring established daily preventative maintenance targets are achieved. The Maintenance Supervisor will utilize their skill, experience and decision-making ability to ensure equipment downtime is minimized and preventative and corrective maintenance are efficiently completed.
