Maintenance Supervisor (1st Shift) + ($1500 Retention Bonus)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work alongside maintenance personnel
• Assign daily tasks and monitor work quality and safety
• Train and support team members as needed
• Oversee maintenance and repairs for plant and mobile equipment
• Coordinate shutdowns and major projects
• Keep shop areas clean, organized, and compliant
• Track parts and tools inventory
• Operate and repair plant equipment as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of mechanical experience
• Ability to lead a team and work independently
• Familiarity with reading equipment manuals and technical documents
• Forklift operation skills and valid driver's license
• Basic tool set
• Willingness to complete required safety training
• Able to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check
• Respirator certification eligibility
