This hands-on leadership role ensures the property is safe, well-maintained, and always inspection-ready, while guiding a skilled team and collaborating with trusted vendors. Requirements

• Strong multifamily or residential maintenance experience
• Proven supervisory experience
• Broad technical skills: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry
• Ability to respond to emergencies and be on-call
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff and third-party vendors
• Perform and oversee plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and work orders
• Prepare units for move-ins, move-outs, and inspections
• Oversee unit turns, capital projects, and seasonal maintenance initiatives
• Participate in an emergency on-call rotation
• Manage inventory, vendor contracts, and maintenance logs
