The role directs maintenance programs, equipment uptime efforts, facility infrastructure compliance, and new equipment installations. The Superintendent manages planning activities, process development, resource allocation, and the performance of the maintenance team. This position uses independent discretion under semi-defined guidance and plays a key leadership role in minimizing downtime‑related financial losses and sustaining operational excellence
