About The Position

Parking is what we do, our values are who we are. The Maintenance Staff position will assist with maintaining the professional appearance of the Eagan outlet Mall. This person will also provide landscaping, ramp appearance for all parking equipment on-site in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of one year maintenance, janitorial, or related experience
Technically and mechanically inclined
Familiarity with hand tools and small power tools
Integrity: Must be able to work alone, unsupervised for majority of each shift. Must be honest, responsible, reliable, personable, and maintain a professional and helpful image
Able to read, write, comprehend, and converse in the English language
Physical requirements: Inside and outside work in all types of weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.
Light to heavy work requiring prolonged or repeated standing, walking, kneeling, and/or stooping
Lift up to 50lbs periodically
Good hand/eye coordination

Responsibilities

Pick up waste/trash from ramps, lots, and garages; dispose of in appropriate receptacles
Ramp and garage cleaning: lobby floors and windows, stairwells, elevators, etc.
Assist Cornerstone and city grounds/facilities departments with snow removal, minor ramp repairs, and other projects as assigned.
Other duties as assigned by management

Benefits

$16.50/hr.
PTO accrual
401(k) is available after first six months of employment and 1000 hours worked
Medical, Dental and Vision is available after 60 days for full time employees (30 hours/week)
