About The Position

To ensure the safe operation and maintenance of school district equipment. Such duties as may be assigned, including but not limited to, the following: Install, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components in proper working order throughout the District Comply with all acceptable standards and codes set for the industry Check, adjust, and make minor repairs to heating, cooling systems, and cafeteria equipment Perform electrical repairs that include: ballasts, switches, fuses, plugs, and gauges Maintain all equipment assigned individually in a good and proper working condition Follows all board policies and procedures Maintains regular attendance and is punctual Promotes the district’s vision, mission, and goals Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance

Requirements

• MS Driver’s License
• Prior experience in facility maintenance is essential
