Position Overview: Bread Alone Maintenance Specialists keep our facilities and equipment up and running. With diverse skills including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, welding, HVAC, and PLC’s the Maintenance Specialists work independently and collaboratively to be solution providers in an internal customer service environment. Bread Alone Specialist hold themselves and their teammates accountable to Bread Alone safety, culture, and employee conduct standards. They have the ability to take action and be effective with competence and autonomy. They collaborate across functions and teams and support the department and company goals. Maintenance Specialists are required to have at least one year of prior experience or actively enrolled in an approved apprenticeship program. Starting pay is based on experience. Hours: Full-time; Monday-Thursday 1:30pm to 12am. We strive to make schedules as manageable as possible to encourage and allow work-life balance.
