As a part-time Maintenance Specialist at Peoples State Bank, you'll take charge of ensuring our office buildings and grounds sparkle with cleanliness and functionality! Your responsibilities include the thorough cleaning and upkeep of our facilities, as well as servicing essential systems like electrical, heating, air conditioning, fire, and security. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining not only the interior of the buildings but also the exterior, parking lot, and surrounding grounds. With every task, you’ll contribute to creating a welcoming and professional environment for both our customers and your teammates, in true Peoples State Bank fashion!

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Working knowledge and basic structure regarding electrical, heating, air conditioning, fire, and security systems
Ability to trouble shoot building related issues and take action to resolve issues
Ability to prioritize work requests and learn quickly
Ability to follow through and complete work requests by given deadlines
Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis

Responsibilities

Thorough cleaning and upkeep of our facilities
Servicing essential systems like electrical, heating, air conditioning, fire, and security
Maintaining not only the interior of the buildings but also the exterior, parking lot, and surrounding grounds
