About The Position

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician who takes ownership of equipment performance, facility reliability, and operational excellence. In this role, you will ensure that our production and packaging equipment — and the systems that support them — operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in building or machine maintenance
  • HVAC systems
  • Electrical and electromechanical systems
  • Pneumatics and instrumentation
  • Pharmaceutical packaging equipment
  • Building maintenance and utilities
  • cGMP, OSHA, FDA, and DEA compliance requirements
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize compliance issues with urgency and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use computerized systems and maintenance software
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments preferred
  • Associate or Technical Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain production and packaging equipment, utilities, and building systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of packaging equipment as directed.
  • Install airlines and mechanical components to support packaging operations.
  • Support the maintenance of HVAC systems, utilities, and building equipment.
  • Perform general facility maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
  • Operate and maintain fork trucks and other equipment when required.
  • Complete maintenance documentation in accordance with cGMP requirements.
  • Maintain equipment in compliance with FDA, DEA, and OSHA standards.
  • Monitor the performance of contracted services such as pest control, cleaning, waste removal, and equipment calibration.
  • Coordinate with equipment suppliers and parts vendors to order replacement components.
  • Support warehouse and operations teams when maintenance expertise is needed.
  • Learn and maintain newly introduced equipment as the organization grows.
