This position is under a Collective Bargaining Agreement in a union environment and the hourly rate is $44.67/hr We are searching for the best talent for Maintenance Specialist JOB SUMMARY Will perform maintenance on all mechanical and electrical components of all manufacturing and processing equipment. and physical ,plumbing, carpentry vehicles. Will repair and maintain all mechanical, electrical. Will perform maintenance on all auxiliary equipment, buildings, grounds, and building. Will perform work as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Will set-up and operate machines to repair or fabricate new repair parts. Will operate cutting and welding equipment. Will unload, move, install equipment, and operate forklifts and company vehicles. Will record maintenance work performed on equipment. Candidates must possess the ability to read, interpret, and perform work based on blueprints and/or CAD drawings.

Requirements

Requires high school education or equivalent.
Candidates will need to utilize and apply to job responsibilities complex drawings, specifications, charts, tables, handbook formulas, shop mathematics, and a wide variety of precision-measuring instruments.
Must have a broad knowledge of mechanical equipment, electricity, plumbing, carpentry, construction, experience with PLCs and grounds keeping as acquired through a four (4)-year accredited apprenticeship or eight (8) or more years of diversified experience in industrial maintenance.
Must have the ability to read, understand, and apply relevant codes, including electrical codes and safety practices.
Required to obtain and maintain forklift operator accreditation.

Responsibilities
