Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of department job/project assignments.
• Manage critical safety devices such as nurse call systems and door access/badges.
• Facilitate urgent work orders and monitor nurse call reports for managers.
• Schedule and track preventative maintenance activities.
• Create Safety Committee agendas and minutes.
• Coordinate the setup of the Community Center for meetings and events.
• Order parts and maintain inventory for the facilities department.
• Assist with orientation and training for new employees, including safety and fire drill training.
• Maintain logs of fire drills for compliance with Department of Health regulations.
• Organize and maintain documentation of necessary testing and inspections for compliance.
