About The Position

St. John Community allows older adults to move through a continuum of care from residential living to skilled nursing, depending on the need. When you provide care for older adults, you’re helping families keep the people they love healthy, happy and safe. Performs renovations, repairs and maintenance of all facets for buildings, to include grounds maintenance, new construction, renovations, preventative maintenance and inspections, provide emergency response including (on call) to provide a continuous safe environment, efficient and effective operation of the buildings and home throughout the campus.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Formal education in building maintenance or trades.
  • 3-5 Years related experience or equivalent experience and education
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints/schematics and system operations manuals of all building equipment and systems.
  • Proper use of hand tools and basic power tools.
  • Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
